Secure Document Storage should be high on your list to consider when writing a Will or producing any legal documents whose loss would cause a real problem.
Having your documents in a secure, safe environment will protect them for the future from loss, fire, water damage, and alteration or deliberate destruction.
Whilst you may feel that putting your documents in a black box, under the stairs or an old briefcase is a cheaper option what happens in the event of fire, flooding or even deliberate destruction of your documents (it does happen). Having them safely stored is the only way to protect them for when they’re needed.
For a low cost of only £30 per year we will safely store these documents in a local high security document storage facility. Once they enter storage your will receive a pack detailing how to retrieve the files if you or your executors need them. A simple phone call will get them out of storage and returned to you..
Many clients question the costs so we are adding a new offer to accompany this service.
For our clients who wish to store documents we have drafted, we now offer a free simple rewrite every year to keep it uptodate (names addresses etc). Or £30 reduction off a complete rewrite (changes of beneficiary or major elements).
