Our role at Rugby Wills is to listen to you, take your instructions and wishes about how you would like things to be when the time comes, what worries you about anything related, and if you have any special requests. We also carefully look at the estate financially to protect assets, mitigate tax, care costs and any potential capital gains costs.

To start with, we need some information from you. We do this by compiling a Fact Find during a visit to you at home at your convenience, and explaining the process as we go. The larger the estate, the more detailed our fact find will be. For a married couple with children, if your estate is above £1,000,000 we will need to have accurate financials, for a single person this figure is lower at £325,000

Once we have the information, we will create a personalised plan with varying levels of options that we’ll need to discuss to get the best level of protection that suits your needs, wishes and budget.
